Pass/No Pass Grading Option Request

PASS/NO PASS GRADING OPTION REQUEST
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUEST: Forms must be submitted by the end of the fourth week of the term. Late requests will not be processed.

Note: these dates are for regular 10-week courses. For courses that are less than ten weeks in length, please contact Student Records at studentrecords@bluecc.edu to determine the last day to make this selection. Students are strongly encouraged to check with their faculty advisor before selecting this option.

Additional things to consider:
- Maximum # of P/NP credits students can apply toward their degree at BMCC: 12
- Students that plan to transfer to another college/university should review the policy of that school before electing this option at BMCC
- This option is not available for:
  - Repeat courses
  - Discipline required courses (Arts & Letters, Social Science, Lab Science)
  - Courses that meet the general education core requirements (math, English composition series, communication) of the Associate of Arts - Oregon Transfer degree
