ID cards will be available for pick up in Pendleton, Morrow Hall at the Enrollment Services office, Room 123 within 3-5 business days.
Please include both of the following: (E.g. driver's license, tribal ID, passport)
Attach copy of Valid ID and photo indicated above (Must be a straight headshot with shoulders, no hats or sunglasses. ID request can be rejected if the photo isn't submitted correctly)
